HulkCam ("we", "our", or "the app") is a professional Android camera application developed and operated by Asad Abbasi. This Privacy Policy explains how HulkCam handles information when you use the application on your Android device.
By using HulkCam you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and uninstall it from your device.
HulkCam does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data to our own servers. We do not operate any backend service. There are no user accounts, logins, or cloud uploads.
All data generated by the app stays on your device:
The only data flows that occur are through the third-party SDKs described in Section 4.
HulkCam requests the following Android permissions:
android.permission.CAMERA) — Required to access your device camera for capturing photos and videos. The camera feed is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted externally.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) — Required to save captured photos and videos to your gallery and to display them in the in-app gallery view. We only access files created by HulkCam.
android.permission.INTERNET) — Required by the AdMob and Google Play Billing SDKs to display ads and verify purchases. HulkCam itself does not make any network requests.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) — Used by the AdMob SDK to check connectivity before loading ads.
We request only the permissions necessary for the features described above. No contact, location, microphone, or account permissions are requested.
HulkCam integrates the following third-party SDKs. Each has its own privacy policy and data practices independent of HulkCam:
We do not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash-reporting services, or social media SDKs.
If you use the free version of HulkCam, banner and interstitial advertisements are displayed through Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), and other information to show you relevant ads.

HulkCam offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase through Google Play Billing. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Google Play. HulkCam does not receive, store, or process your credit card number, bank details, or any other payment information.
Purchase status is stored locally on your device and verified through Google Play at launch. You can restore your purchase at any time from within the app.
HulkCam is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app and personal information was inadvertently collected through a third-party SDK, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate steps.
Since HulkCam does not collect personal data on our own servers, there is no data retention policy applicable to us. Your photos and settings exist solely on your device and are subject to your device's own storage management.
Uninstalling HulkCam will remove all app settings and local data. Photos and videos already saved to your gallery will remain on your device and can be deleted manually.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and others) regarding access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data.
Because HulkCam does not collect or store your personal data on any external server, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. For data held by Google (AdMob, Play Billing), please refer to Google's privacy tools at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
